Return Authorization

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise covered under applicable consumer protection laws, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Aveintrix is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability and approval.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they enter processing or fulfillment.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests may not be possible. In such cases, customers may request a return after receiving the order in accordance with this policy.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Refused Deliveries
